Yousef Al Ghanim joined as Chairman of Gatehouse Capital in 2023 with extensive experience in banking and investments. Mr. Al Ghanim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, completed several executive programs from Kuwait University, and completed the “General Management Program” from The Chicago Booth. Currently, Mr. Al Ghanim has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of The Securities House, and prior to that, Mr. Al Ghanim was the Deputy General Manager for Investment & Development at Alam Almesila General Trading Company, where he was responsible for leading and developing the company’s investments in line with its long-term objectives. Mr. Al Ghanim has also been part of the Corporate Banking Team at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi.

Madi Al-Khamis joined Gatehouse Capital in 2023. Currently the Executive Vice President - of Investment and Funds of The Securities House. Mr. Al-Khamis oversees the financial investments and the funds managed by the company in addition to the international real estate investment. Madi joined The Securities House in 2007 after successfully completing the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) Graduate Training Program, where he, along with 20 of the brightest young minds in Kuwait, was handpicked to participate in an intensive training program at Deutsche Bank, London. Madi holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kuwait and is a member of the company’s executive committee.

Mohamad Al Tahawy is the Chief Operating Officer at The Securities House KSCP and has been working there since 1998 where he also served in various capacities as the Chief Financial Officer, Head of Internal Audit and Head of Corporate Finance. He is responsible for overseeing a wide range of the company’s departments and the international real estate investment advisory.  Prior to joining The Securities House, Mr. Al Tahawy worked at KPMG and Ernst & Young and has an extensive accounting knowledge of a diversified set of activities including investment, finance, trading, contracting and manufacturing. He holds an MBA from the UK in addition to designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Internal Auditor (CVA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM).

Bader A Tifouni joined the Board of Gatehouse Capital in 2023. Mr. Tifouni holds a business management degree from the Lebanese American University of Beirut and has 15+ years of professional banking & investment experience. Mr. Tifouni held a 3-year position at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait and earned a Certified Credit Manager degree from LIBF, Mr. Tifouni spent 5 years at Gulf Bank of Kuwait, chosen for the Advanced CCM Program during his tenure. Currently, Mr. Tifouniserves as the CEO of his family’s Holding Company, managing day-to-day operations & investments in Asset Management across Kuwait & the GCC Region.

Khaled Al-Baijan is currently the CEO of Gatehouse Capital and prior to that was the Executive Vice President of the Wealth Management department in November 2006. Before joining Gatehouse Capital, Khaled Al-Baijan was at Inovalis Real Estate Fund in Paris as a Financial Analyst. His education was of high ranking, as he graduated Magna Cum Laude at the American University of Paris with a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and International Communication (Corporate Track) from 1999 – 2003. He then did his Master’s in Diplomacy and International Affairs at the American Graduate School in France from 2003 - 2006.
